The Sound Bath Experience & Cacao Ceremony at Vegas Crystal Healings is a two-part immersion designed to meet you exactly where you are — and gently, powerfully move you forward.
We begin with the sound bath — a deeply restorative full-body experience in which healing vibrations wash over and through you from an extraordinary range of instruments: crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and more. Each instrument carries its own frequency and quality of resonance, and together they create a rich, layered soundscape that shifts your nervous system into a state of deep rest and repair. Sound healing works at the cellular level — breaking up stagnant energy, quieting the overthinking mind, and inviting a profound sense of peace and wholeness that most people struggle to access through ordinary relaxation alone.
From that deeply open, relaxed place, we move into the sacred cacao ceremony — sharing ceremonial-grade cacao, the ancient heart-opening plant medicine used by indigenous Mesoamerican cultures for thousands of years in ritual, prayer, and community. Cacao is a heart medicine: warming, opening, and profoundly connective. After the sound bath has stilled the body and quieted the mind, cacao carries that openness even deeper — into the heart, into feeling, into a genuine sense of connection with yourself and everyone in the room.
